I take a holistic approach, to create a personalized plan to get you sleeping soundly through the night. We talk medical history, diet, examine lifestyle habits and home environment, how often you wake up during the night, and your psychological health. We work together to pinpoint your sleep issues, address them, and fix them. The key to unlock deep sleep for you is not usually what you think it is.
For some, a little one-on-one advice is all they need to halt the tossing and turning. For others, it can really be quite a rabbit hole. Either way, its your call how deep we go. For any level of insomnia, Its hugely beneficial to go for the low hanging fruit first; an extensive list, including culprits such as sugar, or black out curtains, or that blue light cell phone screen on your night stand.
And upon your request, and with your permission, we go deeper. The mystery behind why you sleep the way you do, and what we can do to unravel that, is quite intriguing. (Anyone experiencing insomnia for more than three months should first see a doctor to rule out a medical issue.)
