For over 30 years I have been researching and compiling ‘cutting edge’ information, observing client experiences, and recording patient’s healing processes. I have done a deep dive into hands-on trainings, workshops, courses, classes, symposiums, conferences, expos, shows, conventions, podcasts, over 40 summits and traveled to different countries to see the world’s top leaders live. I support you in finding greater emotional peace, physical wellbeing, and the best life ever. I will share all life hacks and healing gems with you.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
We will begin with an initial session. Sometimes that is just what the doctor ordered, and you are off and running; problem solved. Most often, people see coaching as a good fit, and continue for the recommended series of 4 more sessions, which allows me to truly get to know you and go deep on your major concerns.
Some people find that these initial 5 sessions are perfect for them, while others find exponential benefit from scheduling regular sessions for a couple of months. Sessions are 60 minutes in length.
I have a ton of energy. I love the truth. I want you to succeed more than you probably do. I love sharing, regardless whether you use it or lose it. I am a master at picking you up, dusting you off, then building you up to be the worthy powerful being you are entitled to be.
When I was a little girl I was mesmerized by Samantha in Bewitched. She could fix anything with her superpower at the twist of a nose. I want to fix everything. I also had an insatiable appetite for Nancy Drew books; I was a detective from the get! I am obsessed with solving a mystery, I am tenacious, and I’m incredibly curious, are of which make me great at my job of helping ‘you’ solve your health and life mysteries!
WHAT IS MY PHILOSOPHY?
I believe in the gods of nature. I love nature’s wisdom. I trust that old-fashioned basic foods from nature, and herbal mineral tonics from nature, the way our great-grandparents ate and drank them, are the keys to perfect health. That, and a lot of natural detoxification, since the world we now live in is not our “great-grandparent’s” world. Detoxification ‘methods’ are best old-fashioned: saunas, bouncing, detoxifying foods, clean water and herbs. Exercise is best old-fashioned; beach walks, dancing, swimming, stretching, and hiking. Stress relief is best old-fashioned; walking barefoot, deep breathing, laughing, being in nature, watching your thoughts, feeling your feelings, and connecting with other 2-legged and 4-legged creatures. My coaching includes ‘only’ that which does no harm.
